Marvelous presentations and tons of paper are not the most wanted support in the hard environment of Operations, Maintenance and Engineering. The mentality of the people ’in the field’ is focused on results. ’Getting the job done’ is what they want. An admirable ’take on reality’ that we approve of and cherish. Our aim is to build on that mentality. We engage with the people in the field in a practical manner. Making them actually do, what they already know they should do. We aim to empower their abilities, breaking through ingrown adverse habits as part of the existing company culture. At the same time we put sustainable competitive advantages as part of the same company culture in the floodlights. As the complexity of the business environment in the 21st century requires, they also need to understand the needs of management in terms of accurate and timely information about the actual status of the processes. |

Our expertise is based on actual practice in all levels of the organization. We have the ability to communicate with top- and senior management teams, middle– and first line management teams as well as with the workforce. Enforcing the interface between these organizational levels is imperative for the success of improvements. Our efforts are 20% based on utilizing techniques and methods in operational environments. The other 80% of our efforts is aiming to improve the skills, attitude and behavior of people in their positions to enforce the cooperation on team level, departmental level as well as corporate level. We do not ‘tell them what to do’. We merely help them to do what they already know they should do. We support them breaking through the invisible barriers’ of embedded company culture.
