Our Approach

Since the triangle is the most rigid structure known to man, we like to depict our challenges using the same structure.

The process maps per definition the way how input (materials, machines, methods, man and money) is transformed into the desired output (sellable products)

It is the people, they way they are organized and the way they behave though, who drive the process and are therefore the key to the success of any company.

And this organization needs the support of accurate and timely information. Mind you, the same organization is also responsible for continuously capturing the dataflow in order to retrieve this information.

Therefore, one of our proven methods is to break down the issues we find in organizations into these 3 layers. By doing so we are avoiding the most common pitfall of trying to solve issues on one layer by changing things in any of the adjacent layers. It’s like trying to find the correct book. Searching the library is often more successful as opposed to looking in the refrigerator. Books are most commonly not found in the refrigerator. By solving the issues in the correct layer and consequently adapting the mechanisms in the other two layers accordingly, success is achieved.

Engaged to people

Our approach is aiming at the highest possible reliability of equipment to optimize bottom line results. We utilize techniques and methods known in the field. But we the human being on all levels in the organization is in the centre. Simply because it is the human mind that needs to contain the features of the business processes. It is the human mind that needs to work with all available information. It is the human mind that is able to make appropriate decisions in exception mode. No technology, machine, computer or software package can solve a business issue on it own. Where sometimes we meet people having the perception that issues can best be solved by ‘buying the newest software’ available, we are convinced that success can only be achieved by addressing the ‘mindware’. Only then, available hard– en software will add the expected value to the business.
